Our Civil Filings are gathered and sent to you on a weekly basis (Friday: in Excel Format) from any county in the United States. These lists are of individuals who have civil filings against them ranging from $1000 to $15,000. A judgment has not yet been issued, and your letter will typically be the first time the debtor is aware of this filing against them. What's more, the data is run through our proprietary software to ensure all of the addresses are correct and up-to-date.

Mail Services

We offer a full range of mail services that will allow you to focus on retaining new clients while practicing law. 

The advertisement letters are delivered on your letterhead and custom envelopes. To ensure confidentiality, all mailings are done by trained staff. Our mailing facility allows us to process thousands of letters per day for each client. Regardless of the volume you choose to do, our high speed machines and staff can handle it.

We print your letters on bright white 22 lb. paper (different colors are available), fold and stuff them in your custom envelopes, seal the envelopes and affix first-class stamps.
